A cancellation fee will be charged when a participant drops a class. No refunds after the first week of class. See policy on your enrollment email. No refunds for lessons which have been scheduled. Group Lesson Make-Up Policy: NO make-ups are given unless ALL of the following criteria are met: 1) Student provides written medical excuse
from their doctor. If all of the above criteria can be met, the student may have a make-up lesson. The Administrative Assistant must first be notified before a make-up lesson can be scheduled. Cancellation Policy: Weather Day Policy: Rather than canceling the lesson, unmounted lessons are held in cases of extreme weather conditions. Only one unmounted lesson per quarter will take place due to these conditions. After the first unmounted lesson, if weather forces the EQC to cancel the lesson, the lesson will be made up at the end of the quarter, on the same day and at the same time as the regularly scheduled lesson.
