UC Living Well: Promotional Packages at the ARC

UC Living Well is a worksite wellness initiative coordinated by UC Office of the President. The goal of UC Living Well is to encourage all faculty and staff to lead and maintain a healthy lifestyle and to access the wellness activities and programs offered by UC locations and UC sponsored medical plans.

As a part of the UC Living Well program, the UC Office of the President has partnered with StayWell Health Management to offer enhanced wellness and personal health management benefits and resources to support individual wellness efforts.

One of the resources is an online Health Assessment. Those eligible employees* who complete the Health Assessment will receive a $75 gift certificate redeemable at a wide variety of retailers.

Redeem your $75 Gift Certificate at Campus Recreation!
1. Take the 2008 StayWell Health Assessment at (eligible staff only): https://uclivingwell.online.staywell.com

2. Once you receive your award number go online and choose "Sports and Sport Clubs" from the drop down menu of vendors and select "UC Davis Recreational Site Facility".

3. Bring your Gift Certificate to the Campus Recreation Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) and select one of the UC Living Well packages valued up to $90!**

Participation in StayWell is voluntary and at no cost to faculty and staff.

* StayWell is available to eligible UC Davis faculty and staff and their families covered by most UC medical plans (Blue Cross PLUS and PPO, CIGNA Choice Fund, Core, Health Net and Western Health Advantage).  StayWell will not be available to Kaiser members who currently have access to Kaiser's fully integrated wellness resources, nor will it be available to employees in several bargaining units based on the decision of their representing unions.

**Note: Gift Certificate is not valid toward the purchase of ARC membership, however it can be used to purchase other Campus Recreation items a la carte.

The $75 Gift Certificate is issued by Hallmark Insight in coordination with the StayWell Health Management and not by UC Davis Campus Recreation.

Gift Certificate is good for programs and services at most UC campus recreation facilities (some restrictions may apply).  Membership fees are not included but may be required for some programs and services.

Gift Certificate does not expire.  Any unused certificate value can not be exchanged for cash or credit.  Any remaining value will be forfeited.  Present certificate at your Campus Recreation facility office to redeem.
