 These free mind-body health promotion and stress management workshops are designed to enhance general well being. Staff from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) facilitate the programs in conjunction with Campus Recreation.

 Fall Awake 
Date: October 1

Description: Approach the fall quarter with mindfulness, the practice of awakening to experience life more fully as it unfolds moment by moment. Mindfulness reduces stress.

The Art of Sleeping

Description: Learn how to improve mood, energy levels, productivity, and stress by falling asleep faster and sleeping better.

Relax Your Body

Description: Learn to integrate deep breathing and muscle relaxation so that it becomes a quick and easy stress reliever.

Get Pumped Up for Midterms and Life

Description: Learn mental skills taught by sports psychologists, such as confidence building, positive self-talk, and anxiety control to help reduce test anxiety, improve your study habits, and improve your overall performance, academically and in life.
