Grades 7-12, weekly sessions
BAM! takes the wellness model’s six components: social, emotional, physical, environmental, spiritual, and intellectual and incorporates them into an exciting teen camp. Join us on the path to healthy living at a young age as we train the body and mind in a fun, exciting and educational environment. Teens will de-stress and gain flexibility through teen yoga, discover untraditional and fun ways to increase physical activity at the ARC, learn healthy eating habits by lunching at the campus dining commons, and other fun activities geared for your body and mind. Bring a change of comfortable workout clothes and closed toe shoes or dress in athletic clothes each day. Lunch will be provided one day each week. Bring snacks each day and bag lunches for the other days.
