Bio

Wellness Philosophy:

As a Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior major, I take much interest in learning
about how the body mechanically moves when exercising and applying that physiology
into training to ensure pain free functional movements. Wellness to me consists first of a
healthy mind, then comes a healthy body. There is never an embarrassment in starting
your wellness journey as everyone has unique circumstances. It is never too late to start
either, because just by showing up wins us half the battle!

Background:

My mom has always said that I was an extra energetic kid and, to be honest, I still am.
Channeling that energy into my teen years, I spent most of my high school years playing
varsity basketball (as a power forward) and soccer (as a goalkeeper). Agility, mobility
and injury were tightly intertwined within these sports, which is why I hold them in such
high priority. Coming from Ha Noi, Viet Nam, America has really shown me the idea of
wellness under new lights, evolving and updating my perceptions of health. I am excited
to share these ideas with you and hope to bring the best out of everyone!
