Wellness Philosophy
I believe that wellness doesn't just impact our bodies, but our minds and every other component of our lives. Through taking the steps to show up for ourselves, such as moving our bodies and doing things that make us feel good, we are able to cultivate overall wellness and promote growth in all aspects of life. Wellness is a concept that stays with us, and it's up to each individual to determine what they need in order to maintain it. We are all on our own unique wellness journeys and I am dedicated to helping clients find a happy and healthy balance in their life so that they are able to feel confident and strong in themselves and their abilities!

 

Background

Hi! My name's Ellie and I am currently a junior studying psychology and communications. Throughout high school, I ran on my school's cross country team, during which I contributed to two state championships. After graduating, I found myself wanting to become more involved in wellness and began investing in myself and my own wellness journey. I gained a passion for strength training and HIIT workouts as well as cycling, and even started working on mental wellness as well. Last year as a result, I got certified in both group fitness and spin and started teaching classes at the ARC. I believe fitness is supposed to be a fun outlet that we can utilize to better ourselves.  I'm super excited to share my passion for wellness with clients and hope to inspire others to become their best selves in every aspect of their life. I believe wellness is a journey that can begin at any time and is something that can be practiced for life! Wellness to me is so much more than just fitness and I can't wait to help others on their own journeys!
