Wellness Philosophy: Wellness is unique to individuals because it revolves around what is attainable and sustainable for each individual. I seek to help people find optimal wellness and a healthy lifestyle that works within their schedule. This includes both mental and physical wellness, helping people actualize their goals for their life and body. I have the privilege of providing people with the tools to achieve wellness within their life to bring balance to their mental and physical health. Wellness helped bring balance to my life for over 10 years and through those experiences I seek to help others reach their highest personal potential. I look to create individualized plans that motivate and inspire lifestyle change to help you achieve your goals in and out of the gym.

Biography: Hello and nice to meet you, I’m Kobina and I am a fourth year neurobiology, physiology, and behavior major. I first found my passion for wellness through running and weight training in my early teens. I later participated in track and field and football which further contributed to the discovery of my passion for wellness and exercise. Since I have dabbled in crossfit and spent some time as a physical therapy aid in pursuit to further my depth of knowledge throughout the wellness world. I became a personal trainer here to help others through their wellness journey. I look forward to writing programs from beginners to intense athletes as my range of experience gives me insight into different parts of the wellness journey. I enjoy helping people accomplish their goals in mobility, wellness, and performance so they can reach their intended goals to be happy and confident within themselves.
