Free Evening Yoga
To promote stress relief and sleep health Campus Recreation's Living Well, in partnership with Student Health and Counseling Services and their Health Education and Promotion program, is designating certain evenings to offer a free gentle yoga class to all Campus Recreation students/members.
It's simple! Come, lay down your mat, and allow us to lead you through one hour of gentle, relaxation yoga! All levels are welcome! All levels of practice are welcome!
The upcoming classes are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, March 13, 2019 (COMING UP!)
Time: 5–6 p.m.
Location: ARC Multi-Activity Court (MAC)
Price: Free for Campus Recreation Students and Members. Non-members will need to pay the $10 day pass fee.

Do I Need To Have My Own Mat?
If you have your own mat, we encourage you to bring it. It's more hygenic and will allow us to provide mats to more people. But if you don't have your own mat, we got you :)
I've Never Done Yoga Before. Is This A Good Class For Me To Attend?
Absolutely! This will be a gentle yoga class. It will be geared towards relaxation, some stretching, and mind/body connection. And if there is anything you don't wish to do in the class, no problem! It's YOUR practice!
May Non-Students/Non-Members Attend?
Yes, but they will need to purchase a day pass to the ARC at the Member Services Desk by the main entrance.
Where Is The MAC Gym?
You may access the MAC gym via the main entrance of the ARC. When you enter, you'll swipe in, then make your first left after the Equipment Room desk.
What Should I Wear?
We suggest athletic-wear. Anything you can move freely in. It will be encouraged that you practice bare-foot, but that's not a requirement.
