I believe that exercise is imperative to living a long and healthy life. Aside from the obvious physical health benefits, it can also benefit your psychological well-being. Exercise has allowed to meet so many people that share the goals I have and build my confidence with everything that I do. It is my goal to assist others in improving their lives and reaching their goals.
My name is Johnny Le and I grew up not too far from Davis in Elk Grove. I am currently a 4th-year Biological Sciences major with an interest in exercise physiology. I have been active for most of my life, but it really seemed to take off during my high school years while playing tennis and basketball. This is where I learned the importance of proper form and technique for different strength and conditioning exercises. If this is done properly, it can greatly decrease the chance of injury. I want to spread this knowledge to my clients, so they can make the correct decisions in their fitness journey and work towards a healthier lifestyle.
