Refund and Cancellation Policies
Trip Cancellations:
All registrations are considered final. No refunds will be given unless participant is able to provide a doctor's note stating that they are unable to join the activity.
We cannot provide refunds for Fee Waivers that are processed after a class has been purchased.
If a trip is cancelled by Outdoor Adventures all participants will receive a full refund. Refunds will show on your account 2-3 weeks after cancellation.
Campus Closure Policy: If the University cancels academic classes (closes campus), we will likely cancel all recreational programing and close certain facilities, etc. Efforts will be made to reschedule canceled classes/activities once campus re-opens. No refunds or prorations for a membership or canceled classes/activities will be issued.
Equipment Rental Refunds:
- If cancellations are made more than 48 hours in advance, you will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $10 or you may be issued full Outdoor Adventures customer credit.
- If cancellations are made less than 48 hours in advance, you will be issued Outdoor Adventures customer credit. No refund will be given.
- Payment with a credit card will be refunded to the same card. Please allow one to two weeks for the refund.
Customer Credit:
- Both equipment rental customers and trip participants are eligible to receive customer credit in lieu of a cash refund (if refund criteria is met).
- Customer credit can be used for any Outdoor Adventures purchase including trips, clinics, classes, equipment rentals and Rock Wall memberships.
- At this time, customer credit transactions can only be made in person at the Outdoor Adventures Lodge.
- Customer credit expires after 4 years from the credit date.
- Customer credit is non-transferable and can not be switched to a cash refund.

Please note: A new concrete median has been created on Hutchison Drive and you can no longer make a left turn onto Extension Center Drive.

From San Francisco
- Take the exit onto I-80 E toward Oakland
- Slight right at CA-113 N (signs for CA-113/Woodland)
- Take the Russell Blvd exit
- Turn right onto Russell Blvd
- Turn right onto Orchard Park Dr
- Continue onto Orchard Park Dr
- Turn left into Lot 30 to park. Outdoor Adventures is on the far east side of the parking lot.
From Sacramento
- Take I-5/I-80 Bus ramp to San Francisco
- Merge onto I-80 Bus W
- Continue on I-80 W
- Take exit 70 to merge onto CA-113 N toward Woodland
- Take the Russell Blvd exit
- Turn right onto Russell Blvd
- Turn right onto Orchard Park Dr
- Continue onto Orchard Park Dr
- Turn left into Lot 30 to park. Outdoor Adventures is on the far east side of the parking lot.

Weekday Parking
Lot 30 requires payment for parking throughout the week. To pay use the AggiePark app on your phone. Once you set up your account, simply select your parking zone, vehicle, pay for the day or hour and go. It's smart, contactless payment in the palm of your hand! Weeknight Parking
