1. All customers who rent a tent will go through a tent orientation when they come in to pick up their rental. This orientation will cover how to set up/break down the tent, what is included, and rental expectations. This will take about 15 minutes and is mandatory.
2. Rental reservations for the week can be made starting on Tuesdays. This will allow Outdoor Adventures staff to restock the past weekend's rentals before making new reservations.
3. Sleeping bag rentals will include a sleeping bag liner. Customers are asked to use the liner when sleeping to ensure our sleeping bags stay clean. Sleeping bag liners will be washed after every use.

Rental Policy
Making Your Reservation:
- Prices listed are for a 1-4 day rental. This includes a pick-up and drop-off day. For example, a weekend rental would be picked up on Friday and returned Monday during normal business hours.
- Rentals for more than four days are charged an additional 25% of the listed price per every extra day.
- Reservations may be made no earlier than the first business day of the week of the pickup date.
- Reservations can be made over the phone or in-person during normal business hours.
- NEW: Full payment must be made in-person within 48 hours of the initial reservation date to hold your equipment.
- We accept credit and debit only.
Picking Up Your Equipment:
- Equipment may be picked up during business hours on the day you requested during the reservation process.
- NOTE: Beginning 9/27/23 all customers who reserve a tent will be asked to allot 15 minutes for pickup so that they can undergo an orientation to our tents which includes how to set them up/break them down, what comes with each tent and rental expectations.
Returning Your Equipment:
- Equipment must be returned before the closing time on the day it is due.
- All equipment must be returned dry and clean or a minimum $20.00 per item cleaning fee will be charged.
- The customer will be charged the repair/replacement cost of all broken, lost, or stolen equipment.
- The late charge is 50% of the four-day rate for each day the equipment is late.
Rental Cancellations:
- If cancellations are made more than 48 hours in advance, you will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $10 or you may be issued full Outdoor Adventures customer credit.
- If cancellations are made less than 48 hours in advance, you will be issued Outdoor Adventures customer credit. No refund will be given.
- Payment with a credit card will be refunded to the same card. Please allow one to two weeks for the refund.
