Reserve Equipment Equipment Catalog Terms and Conditions
Making Your Reservation:
- Prices shown are for a 1–4 day rental, including your pick-up and drop-off days. A weekend rental, for example, is picked up Friday and returned Monday during business hours.
- Rentals longer than four days are charged an additional 25% of the listed price for each extra day.
- Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance, with a maximum rental length of 21 days.
- Reserve online through our Equipment Reservation portal. We can also take reservations by phone or in person, but the online portal is the smoothest option.
- Full payment is due on check out. We accept credit, debit, Google Pay, and Apple Pay only.
Picking Up Your Equipment:
- Pick up during business hours on your reserved pick-up day.
- Reserving a tent? Please allow 15 minutes at pick-up for a quick orientation — how to set up and break down the tent, what's included, and what we expect on return.
Returning Your Equipment:
- Return before closing time on the day your rental is due.
- All gear must come back dry and clean, or a $20 / item minimum cleaning fee applies.
- You are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any broken, lost, or stolen equipment.
- Late returns are charged 50% of the rate per day for each day the gear is overdue.
Rental Cancellations:
- To cancel, call or email us at least 24 hours before your pick-up date. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up, and rentals that are never picked up, are non-refundable.
Hours & Location: The Outdoor Adventures Lodge is located at 1025 Extension Center Drive, Davis, CA 95616. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12pm to 6pm. We are closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
