UC Davis Students, Faculty, and Staff Registration

We are still using Fusion through the UC Davis Recreation Portal. UC Davis affiliates should choose UC Davis Login and see the Central Authentication Service (CAS) page. You must use the credentials you created for UC Davis services. If you're not sure, visit this link.

General Community Registration

We are still using Fusion through the UC Davis Recreation Portal. Community members should choose the Other Patrons login option and use the credentials you created when setting up your portal account. Community member credentials will not work on the Central Authentication Service (CAS) login page.

What about capacity?

Capacity will be limited and we will not be able to meet everyone's needs. This is just an unfortunate fact due to COVID-19 restrictions. We ask for your patience as we all navigate this challenging time.

General COVID-19 Regulations

Our operation plan was based created by consulting the California Department of Public Health Guidance related to Cohorts, Day Camps, and Youth Sports from California Department of Public Health and CAL OSHA, guidelines of American Camp Association

General guidelines are as follows:

  • Stable groups of campers.
  • Weekly COVID-19 Testing (not provided).
  • Consistent staff assigned to each program.
  • Emphasis on outdoor activities where possible.
  • Indoor capacity limited based on current tier status.
  • Groups will not mix with each other to the greatest extent possible.
  • Face coverings, physical distancing, individual equipment, increased hygiene practices.
  • Daily symptom survey, temperature checks for all staff and campers.

Grade Levels

Grade levels are for levels going into this fall. Please see the top of each camp listing page for age recommendations.

Summer Schedule

Camps will be offered in 1-week and 2-week sessions from June 19-August 20. The camp day will run from 8:30 am - 3 pm. Unfortunately, due to cohort staffing limitations, we are unable to offer early drop-off or extended day programs.

Camp Offerings

We are excited to offer camps in music, crafts, sports, exploration, dance and Jr. lifeguards. View camps by age range below:

Cancellations and Refunds

UC Davis Youth Programs are subject to the restrictions and/or guidance from UC Davis Risk Management as well as the Yolo County Health Department. Our programs are approved to operate with restrictions under the Red Tier or better (orange, yellow). Although we are planning on operating, conditions may change. In the event of cancellations, we will communicate as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued for full camp cancellation due to Campus and Health Department orders. Cancellation requests are accepted in writing and will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
