This class is intended to teach practical self-defense skills and build self-confidence. During each meeting, students will practice executing self-defense techniques. It is important students attend every meeting since the course is progressive, and each lesson builds upon the previous meeting.

On April 15th, 2024 the Rock Wall is reviving its once annual Cow Crank Climbing Competition! This is a bouldering competition open to all UC Davis Students and Community Members.
