Wellness Philosophy:

For me, wellness is about finding balance and learning the connection between your mind and body. I’ve found that approaching wellness in a realistic, accessible way can really support self-improvement. Everyone’s journey looks different, and the forms of movement that spark joy and challenges are unique to each person. For some, it’s lifting heavy, for others, mastering a calisthenics skill, doing yoga, or hitting the trails for a run. My goal as a trainer is to help you discover what moves you physically and mentally, build strength and confidence, and create a wellness routine that feels made just for you.

Background:

Hi! I’m Avery, an undergraduate at UC Davis studying Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, with plans to minor in Nutrition. My fitness journey started with water polo in high school and grew into a love for strength training, bodybuilding, and hypertrophy, which I’ve been pursuing consistently since I was 16. I also work as an Assistant Pool Manager and Swim Instructor, and I thrive on helping others improve, gain confidence, and reach their goals. As a trainer, my goal is to help you discover what feels and works best for you! I’m here to help you build strength and awareness, and feel confident in your own wellness journey every step of the way!
