Wellness Philosophy
Wellness is the consistent alignment of the body, mind, and soul with one’s values. Exercise is one of the most powerful ways to test and strengthen that alignment as it asks for grit, patience, and perseverance before revealing progress. I believe everyone has incredible untapped potential. Through methodical, sustainable training, I aim to help you unlock yours. Whether your goal is hypertrophy, strength, or being consistent, I want to guide you toward building a version of yourself where you identify with wellness. We won’t just chase goals; we’ll develop systems designed to positively transform your life. I aim to make wellness both structured and deeply personal.


Background
Hello! My name is Cai Newman and I am a third-year Electrical Engineering student. My wellness journey began in the summer of 2020 with a pair of gymnastic rings, early mornings at the local outdoor basketball court, and a deep need for structure during uncertain times. What began as a simple habit transformed into a powerful daily ritual – one that has evolved into a love for bodybuilding, calisthenics, and guiding others to realize their physical and mental potential.
