Wellness Philosophy
My wellness philosophy is about continuous improvement. Everyone has different goals whether it's training for a competition, building strength, improving fitness, gaining confidence, or simply feeling healthier in everyday life. To me, wellness is a journey to make your aspirations a reality. Wellness goals don’t accomplish themselves overnight, it’s small, incremental, and sustainable changes that are implemented consistently that stack up over time. It is my goal to not just be a guide for you on this journey, but also a support system to help give you the tools and motivation to accomplish your goals and create lasting habits.
Background
Hi, my name is David and I am an undergraduate International Relations and Chinese Major and I hope to work in law enforcement after college. From playing a variety of sports in high school, wellness has always been a central part of my life. What started out as training to improve my performance in baseball quickly evolved into a journey of self improvement. By gaining experience in traditional strength training, strongman, functional conditioning, martial arts, and calisthenics, I began to see exercise not just as a way to look better and feel better but as a way to experience life to the fullest. This journey of physical and mental wellness enabled me to discover the strength and confidence I had within myself and I want to help others do the same. My goal is to help others build that same sense of power, confidence, and capability so they can perform better, feel better, and build the life they want.
