Wellness Philosophy

To me, wellness is about becoming the best version of yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s about building consistency, setting goals, and embracing the journey of self-improvement. Whether it’s gaining strength, moving with more confidence, or simply feeling better day to day, I believe wellness should empower you. Everyone’s journey is unique, and my goal as a trainer is to support and guide you toward your personal goals in a way that’s sustainable, effective, and motivating.

Background

Hi! My name is Jaylen, and I’m a first-year History major at UC Davis with plans to become a high school history teacher. My interest in wellness started in high school when I began strength training to improve my performance in sports. What began as a way to get stronger for athletics quickly turned into a long-term passion for training with intention and purpose. Since then, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both bodybuilding and performance-based training, with a focus on helping others feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in and out of the gym. Training has taught me discipline, structure, and resilience - qualities that have impacted all areas of my life. I’m extremely excited to bring that same energy and knowledge to support others in reaching their wellness goals.
