Wellness Philosophy:
I believe that everyone’s wellness journey is unique, because everyone’s body, lifestyle, and goals are different. Fitness should be approached with balance in mind. A balance of exercise, recovery, and enjoyment in order to build a sustainable and active lifestyle that lasts. I also believe in educating throughout the process so that others not only see results, but understand how to maintain them independently.
With this philosophy, I help others set clear and individualized goals, work through limitations, build on strengths, and celebrate progress together. I am committed to helping others discover their passion for fitness while supporting them throughout their unique journey.
Background:
Hi! My name is Joshua Noguez, an undergraduate student at UC Davis majoring in Neurobiology, Physiology, & Behavior. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I plan to pursue a career as a physical therapist, driven by my strong interest in helping others improve their physical well-being through movement.
I have played a variety of sports throughout my life, and while I discovered a true passion for weightlifting, I also value building cardiovascular endurance through running. Training both strength and endurance has allowed me to challenge myself in different ways while maintaining a balanced and sustainable approach to health. It has become an incredible outlet for building discipline, relieving stress, and connecting with others, even while managing a busy schedule.
