Wellness Philosophy
To me, wellness means feeling good about yourself in all areas—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It's about striving for growth and recognizing that self-improvement is the most important project we’ll ever take on. Whether our best days are behind us or ahead is entirely up to us. I believe it’s never too late to learn or grow. With consistency and genuine appreciation for small wins, progress becomes not just possible, but inevitable. A major part of wellness is self-efficacy—truly believing in your ability to succeed. My goal is to ensure that during every training session, you're not only working hard, but also thinking and feeling positively about yourself.
Background
Hi, my name is Justus Weatherspoon. I’m an undergraduate at UC Davis (Class of 2027) majoring in Communications with a minor in Tech Management. I grew up staying active—playing multiple varsity sports in high school and participating in various physical activities. That foundation helped me discover my passion for fitness, teamwork, and the process of pushing myself and others to grow.
As a trainer, I get to turn that passion into purpose. I’m all about making fitness approachable, enjoyable, and effective—whether you’re just beginning or well into your fitness journey. I believe in training rooted in real connection, accountability, and celebrating small victories that lead to lasting transformation. My mission is simple: create a space where you feel motivated, supported, and empowered every step of the way. We’re not just working out—we’re working on becoming the best version of ourselves.
