It isn’t a rigid set of rules or a high-stakes race; rather, it should adapt to the rhythm of your life, supporting you at a sustainable pace as a well-rounded individual. It’s about building reliable habits and setting ambitious goals while embracing the unique journey of self-improvement—a journey that is there for you anywhere, at any time.
Whether your focus is athletic performance, physical strength, or simply improving your daily habits, I believe wellness should serve as both your physical and mental fuel. As a trainer, my mission is to provide the guidance you need to reach your personal goals in a way that is sustainable, effective, and inspiring.
Background
Hi, I’m Max! I’m currently an undergraduate at UC Davis majoring in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, aspiring to a career as a forensic pathologist. My journey into wellness began in high school through strength training—initially to improve my health and physique, but it quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for training full of dreams and purpose.
During my time in undergrad, I’ve built a strong foundation in wellness and transitioned into the world of competitive powerlifting. Beyond the physical gains, training has taught me discipline, structure, and determination that carries over into every aspect of my life. I’m incredibly excited to channel that same energy and expertise into helping others crush their own wellness goals.
