Bio

Nutrition Philosophy 

My general approach to nutrition includes advocating for a balanced and intuitive eating habit that is full of variety! Prioritizing vitamins and minerals as much as protein, carbs, and fats, and ultimately crafting eating habits aligning to your own personal values! 

Background 

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and the biological processes that keep us going but never knew what I wanted to do as a career. After Covid-19 changed our lifestyles and eating habits, along with a little research of my own, I knew dietetics was the career path for me! 

Specialties 

I am very fascinated by all of nutrition science but I’m most interested in sports nutrition, nutrients of concern and intuitive eating/living. I’m also passionate about sustainability and accessibility of food, especially for college students! Meal prepping and food safety are also skills I practice! 

Interests 

I like running, cooking/baking, and gaming in my free time!

Education 

I am a 4th year clinical nutrition major and expecting to graduate in Winter 2026!
