Wellness Philosophy

Wellness is the union of feeling good about your mind, body, and entire being. Because every single state of being has an effect on your outlook in life, I believe perseverance and consistency in chasing what makes you feel good will help in achieving the goals that aim for you to become, at the very least, 1% better every day! Wellness is an individualized concept that only you, yourself will know. Whether it be stepping foot into the gym or picking up a dumbbell for the first time, as a personal trainer, I strive to help you in the process of accomplishing what wellness means to you.  


 

Background

Hello! My name is Trisha, and I am an undergraduate Cognitive Science major with an emphasis in neuroscience. My path to wellness set about the exact moment I began racing my friends in the second grade. Growing up, I was always fueled with a competitive fire, joining various sports like taekwondo and track and field. However, I realized that what I loved more than the flame of competing was the sparkle of pride and joy in the eyes of someone I successfully helped. Being of help to someone along their own journey of wellness is a passion of mine as it is so beautiful to see the increase in confidence and the smile on someone’s face become more and more genuine each day. As your personal trainer, I will do my very best in assisting you to improve in whatever it is that wellness means to you.
