Wellness Philosophy
To me, wellness is about feeling good physically, mentally, and emotionally and using that feeling as fuel to thrive in daily life. When you feel strong and balanced, it becomes easier to handle stress, stay focused, and maintain positive relationships. Wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about making consistent, positive choices that support your health and help you show up as your best self—at work, at home, and in your personal goals.
Every person’s wellness journey is different, shaped by unique goals, challenges, and experiences. As your trainer, my mission is to support you in building habits that not only improve your health, but also make everyday tasks feel easier, more enjoyable, and more fulfilling. Whether it’s having more energy for your family, feeling confident in your body, or simply moving through the day with less discomfort, I’m here to help you reach those goals and live a life that feels better every single day.
Background
Hello! My name is Wayne Cooc, and I’m a second-year Biological Sciences major at UC Davis. My fitness journey began with self-doubt and the desire to build confidence, which led me to lifting weights. What started as a personal goal quickly grew into a genuine passion for health and wellness. As I gained strength, I also found mental clarity, joy, and a deep appreciation for how fitness can positively impact every part of life. Now, I’m excited to share that energy with others and help people feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through movement, progress, and support. I want others to feel the same excitement and joy that fitness brought me. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your routine, I’m here to support, motivate, and celebrate every step of the way. I’m super excited to work with you and be part of your wellness journey!
