Are you unsure if you are sitting, standing, or even lifting with the correct body alignment? Stop by our drop-in static posture assessment and get a short consultation with a personal trainer on your posture and potential muscle imbalances! This is a great opportunity to learn about your body, how to have a good posture, and personal training services the ARC can offer.
