Fall 2023 Workshop Topics and Dates
Weightlifting 101 - October 21st | 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Class covers the back squat, deadlift, and shoulder press with a barbell.
Navigating the Rack: Set yourself up for success when you squat, deadlift, and more! - November 4th | 10 - 11:30 a.m.
Class will cover proper set up and use of the squat racks in the ARC for a variety of exercises.
Bachata Basics - November 18th | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
This workshop will teach you the ins and outs of basic Bachata. Bachata is an easy, beautiful, sensual, partner dance that originated in the Dominican Republic and is a ton of fun! No experience or partner necessary, Christina will teach you everything you need to know.
Functional Form - December 2nd | 10 - 11:30 a.m.
Learn the basics of how to lift safely and maintain mobility.
