Wellness Philosophy
I believe wellness is about more than just fitness—it's a balance between physical health, mental clarity, and sustainable habits that feel good long-term. My approach is to help my clients implement small changes and provide enough of a challenge to improve their overall health. I am passionate about making people feel strong and building healthy relationships with themselves. And this looks different for everyone, my goal is to help others feel in control of their own wellness journey—whether that means lifting heavier, improving energy levels, or just feeling better day to day.
Background
Currently, I am an undergraduate student at UC Davis anticipating graduating Spring 2026. My passion has always been rooted in health, movement, and understanding the connection between body and mind. After years of exploring fitness on my own, I decided to pursue personal training to help others build healthy, fulfilling lifestyles. I’m currently expanding my knowledge through continued education, and I bring that curiosity and care into every client session.
