Wellness Philosophy

I believe wellness is different for everyone, but it is rooted in feeling strong, confident, and capable. It begins with believing in your ability to grow and setting intentions to improve your lifestyle, physical health, or mental well-being. A key part of achieving wellness is enjoying the process of reaching your goals, no matter where you are in that journey and what your goals may be. While it is easy to fixate on the outcome, it’s even more important to celebrate your effort and progress each day. Through intentional changes, consistent training, and self-belief, you can build lasting habits, strengthen your confidence, and achieve your version of wellness. 


 

Background

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, and I’m an undergraduate student studying Computer Science. My wellness journey began when I learned to swim at age 7 and continued as I competed throughout middle and high school. During this time, I discovered a passion for challenging myself both physically and mentally, and for the feeling of accomplishment that comes with it. While I still love being in the water and swimming with friends, I found I could channel the same passion into my workouts at the gym, while also personalizing them to fit my goals. Now, as a trainer, I strive to help others experience that same sense of accomplishment through movement by designing workouts that are engaging and tailored to their individual goals.
