Wellness Philosophy

I believe that wellness is about finding ways to feel better about yourself in all aspects of life. It’s not about perfection, but about making progress and discovering activities that you genuinely enjoy enough to make it part of your regular routine. As a busy student, I understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle everyday tasks while trying to carve out time for yourself. However, I believe that taking any amount of time out of your week to work on yourself is always worth it, and will positively impact every area of your life. As a trainer, I want to support you in reaching your goals so you can feel stronger and move easier!

Background

Hi! I’m Natalie, a third year Computer Science major at UC Davis. I started weightlifting in high school and became addicted to the feeling of getting stronger and making progress, and found myself gaining confidence through it. I loved sharing that experience with others, and took every chance I could to bring my friends along with me to the gym. Watching them grow and hit their own milestones was incredibly rewarding, and led me to become a trainer so I could help even more people on their wellness journeys and push them to become better versions of themselves!
