Background
Hello! I’m Dora, currently in my third year studying Biomedical Engineering. Missing the physical and social aspects of high school sports, I took a dive into wellness in my first year here, participating in as many Group Fitness classes as I could. Through taking these classes I was inspired by the instructors and their ability to motivate and connect with participants. Being empowered by those instructors to explore and achieve my own goals led me to becoming a Group Fitness Instructor. Driven by a desire to continue empowering others on their wellness journeys, I’ve since expanded my role to include Personal Training, aiming to provide tailored support for individuals striving to reach their goals.
