Wellness Philosophy
Wellness to me is about putting yourself first and doing things that improve your mental and
physical health daily. To improve my wellness, I enjoy going to the gym, going for a walk,
meditating, and journaling. No matter what the activity is, the act of taking time for yourself to
reduce stress and breathe for a moment is an important part of every day and something that I
I want to help you to enact!


Background
Hello, my name is Dylan and I am a second-year Managerial Economics and Pre-Med student! I
played baseball for my high school which prompted me to start working out. I enjoyed how the
gym made me feel, allowing me to de-stress and work on myself, which inevitably made it a part
of my daily routine. I now want to help others have these great experiences with the gym that I
had, which is why I became a personal trainer. I’m excited to help you meet all your wellness
goals and have fun while doing it!
