Wellness Philosophy

Wellness to me is a manifestation of how much one invests in themselves to improve not only their physical and mental health, but their productivity, relationships, and lives! I believe that when you feel good, it truly transforms not only the way you view yourself and the world around you, but also how others see you. It is through incorporating small, personalized daily practices that we are able to alter our lives and thrive, and I want to guide you through the process of reaching your unique goals and toward being the best version of yourself! I value taking a holistic approach through investigating all aspects of one’s life in order to break down any potential barriers to achieving wellness. I want you to not only move often, but move comfortably with ease, and with joy!

Background

Sophie is a UC Davis undergraduate (Class of 2025) and a pre-physical therapy, Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior major, as well as a Spanish minor. She grew up as a competitive cheerleader and continued cheerleading for her high school, but her true fitness journey began when she took her cheer spirit inside of the gym. She finds joy in all-things movement, and currently works as an intern at a physical therapy clinic where she loves being surrounded by people of all backgrounds who are working toward their unique goals but with a common aim of becoming a better version of their self!
