If so, set yourself free by learning more about Intuitive Eating in a small group setting. Join the Intuitive Eating Workshop this Winter Quarter!
Learn about the ten principles of Intuitive Eating and achieve a new and trusting relationship with food. This group will meet weekly (approx. 60 minutes per week) throughout Winter Quarter covering the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating.

*We solely focus on trying to prevent eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors before they become a more serious issue.
