Wellness Philosophy
Wellness is a journey to find balance in all aspects of life. As I reflect on my own life, I have come to realize that wellness is a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. This could mean finding the time to meditate, eating healthy food, or even exercising at the ARC. As a trainer, I want to support my clients in their wellness journey by creating a personalized plan that addresses their specific needs.
Background
Hello, my name is Luke! I am a third year at UC Davis, studying Neurobiology, Physiology, & Behavior. Growing up, I played many sports, and in high school, I stuck with soccer, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. Through sports, I discovered a new area of exercise in weightlifting and strength training. Now, I am striving to become a physical therapist and working with athletic trainers to support our UC Davis sports teams! Seeing how exercise has improved my life, I decided to become a personal trainer. I am excited to share this experience with you as we work towards your goals!
