Cardio Kickboxing (60 min)
Jab, upper cut, hook and kick! Are you up for a challenge? This is a cardio class that has high energy and motivation. All fitness levels are welcome. *The fusion version of this class will incorporate bootcamp drills into the class.
ZUMBA® (45-60 min)
A fun fast-paced dance class that creates a dynamic fusion of Latin with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone the entire body. All fitness levels welcome.
ZUMBA® Step (45-60 min)
This format of Zumba® combines the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor.
STRONG by Zumba® (45-60 min)
This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. This class will have you performing more athletically-based movements to the beat of the music.

Cycle (45/60 min)
Get those pedals moving! This class will get the feet moving and heart pumping by combining strength and endurance components associated with cycling. Jump, run, and climb your way through an intense 45 or 60-minute session of aerobic and anaerobic training. All levels welcome.
Sunrise Cycle/Early Morning Cycle (45/60 min)
Start your day off right through various cycling techniques. All levels welcome.

Cardio Strength Fusion (Inter.–Adv., 60min)
This class consists of alternating high repetition segments of weight lifting and cardio conditioning.
Interval Training (30-45 min)
A class designed around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class will typically consist of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, and ending with a period of cool down exercise. A very boot camp-based class, this class will include both cardiovascular and strength conditioning exercises using various exercise equipment.
Plyo Play (30-45 min)
This class is based on plyometrics, otherwise known as jump training! Come for an athletic based, high intensity workout. Please come wearing proper athletic shoes that support your feet and joints.
Step 'n' Tone (60 min)
Combine the principles of easy to follow step choreography with sculpting exercises to deliver a great cardiovascular and toning class.
Step It Up! (60 min)
A little bit of choreography, a little bit of athletic training, this class will provide a little of variety for everyone! Using this piece of equipment every week, come prepared to get a good workout and have lots of fun! Some weeks will be strictly cardio. Some weeks will incorporate strength. Feel free to also let the instructor know what you like!
Bosu Blast (60 min)
BOSU™ is an acronym for "both sides up". This class is a multidimensional training class that integrates core strength, balance, coordination, and resistance training in a fun-filled and challenging workout.
Glideator (45-60 min)
A boot camp/strength-based class, this class utilizes gliding discs in conjunction with weights to train in bigger ranges of motion, create resistance, and increase core stability more than weights alone can provide. All fitness levels welcome.
Meditation (60 min)
Come take a mental break. This class focuses more on mental fitness, incorporating basic meditation skills to help you de-stress. All levels are welcome. Whether it's your first time or you've meditated before, drop in to take some time for yourself.
Power Nap (30 min) *NEW!*
Yes, you're reading it right and it's exactly how it sounds. In need of a quick snooze to give you an extra skip in your step? Drop into this class where you can fit in a quality nap and not have to worry about sleeping through a class or midterm! The first five minutes will consist of settling in relaxing. The next twenty minutes will be actual napping and the last five minutes will be a gentle wake up.
Yin Yoga (60 min)
This slow-paced style of Yoga will have you holding poses for longer periods of time. This will give you the opportunity to focus on form, as well as the mind.
Expand your horizons and try our strength and resistance classes, which increase abdominal strength, tighten glutes, and strengthen lower back and thighs. Use a variety of equipment from hand weights to gliding discs to plate loaded weight training equipment.
Pilates-Based Strength (45/60 min)
This class will have you calling upon your "controlled" strength. This class puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Barre-Inspired Strength (45/60 min)
Utilizing the ballet barre, this class aims to strengthen muscles. Calling upon slow exercises that focus on body form, this class aims to strengthen all muscles in the body, particularly the legs and core. No dance experience is needed.
Pump It Up! (60 min)
Utilizing plate loaded weight training equipment and simple athletic moves; you will strengthen every major muscle group by working to overload the muscles. All fitness levels welcome.
Total Body Strengthening (60 min)
Improve the strength of your total body with resistance training utilizing dumbbells, Gliders, BOSU Balance Trainers, stability balls, bands, and body bars.
Upper Body Conditioning (45 min)
(Formerly known as Above the Belt) Enhance your training above the belt in a resistance training class emphasizing core, chest, arms, and shoulder strength.
Lower Body Conditioning (45 min)
(Formerly known as Below the Belt) Enhance your training below the belt in a resistance training class emphasizing core, legs and glute strength.
On The Ball (45 min)
This class will help you strengthen all major muscle groups using a stability ball. With nothing but your body weight and a large spherical object, you'd be surprised with what you can do! All levels welcome!
