Bombay-Jam® (45 min)
Powered by the explosively fun, globally appealing Bollywood culture, Bombay Jam® is the ultimate dance fitness total body workout that is effective, safe, easy to follow and packed with authentic Bollywood flavor! The music is a blend of Bollywood and mainstream Top 40 tracks, resulting in one-of-a-kind mixes that are refreshing, energizing and universally appealing.
Cardio Kickboxing (60 min)
Jab, upper cut, hook and kick! Are you up for a challenge? This is a cardio class that has high energy and motivation. All fitness levels are welcome. *The fusion version of this class will incorporate bootcamp drills into the class.
ZUMBA® (45-60 min)
A fun fast-paced dance class that creates a dynamic fusion of Latin with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone the entire body. All fitness levels welcome.
STRONG by Zumba® (45-60 min)
This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. This class will have you performing more athletically-based movements to the beat of the music.

Cycle (45/60 min)
Get those pedals moving! This class will get the feet moving and heart pumping by combining strength and endurance components associated with cycling. Jump, run, and climb your way through an intense 45 or 60-minute session of aerobic and anaerobic training. All levels welcome.
Sunrise Cycle/Early Morning Cycle (45/60 min)
Start your day off right through various cycling techniques. All levels welcome.
Cycle Strength (60 min)
Get a little bit of everything in this cardio and strength combo class. Spend the first 25 minutes on one of our Schwinn bikes, then head over to Studio B to finish off with 30 minutes of strength. Class runs for 60 minutes total.

BUTI® Yoga (45–60 minutes)
"BUTI®" means a secret recipe or cure. This class combines jump training and dynamic yoga poses into a high-intensity full-body workout. Enjoy your favorite yoga poses while improving your cardiovascular endurance.
Cardio/Strength Fusion (Inter.–Adv., 60min)
This class consists of alternating high repetition segments of weight lifting and cardio conditioning.
Interval Training (30–45 min)
A class designed around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class will typically consist of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, and ending with a period of cool down exercise. A very boot camp-based class, this class will include both cardiovascular and strength conditioning exercises using various exercise equipment.
Step It Up! (60 min)
A little bit of choreography, a little bit of athletic training, this class will provide a little of variety for everyone! Using this piece of equipment every week, come prepared to get a good workout and have lots of fun! Some weeks will be strictly cardio. Some weeks will incorporate strength. Feel free to also let the instructor know what you like!
Yogalates (60 min)
This marriage of Yoga and Pilates gives you the best of both worlds. Strengthen your core with pilates-based exercises and improve your balance with yoga as the instructor guides you through this fusion class. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, they can be provided but are in limited supply.
Expand your horizons and try our strength and resistance classes, which increase abdominal strength, tighten glutes, and strengthen lower back and thighs. Use a variety of equipment from hand weights to gliding discs to plate loaded weight training equipment.
Core Fusion (30 min)
Devote 30 minutes to strengthening your abs and lower back to improve posture and core strength.
Pilates-Based Strength (45/60 min)
This class will have you calling upon your "controlled" strength. This class puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Barre-Inspired Strength (45/60 min)
Utilizing the ballet barre, this class aims to strengthen muscles. Calling upon slow exercises that focus on body form, this class aims to strengthen all muscles in the body, particularly the legs and core. No dance experience is needed.
Pump It Up! (60 min)
Utilizing plate loaded weight training equipment and simple athletic moves; you will strengthen every major muscle group by working to overload the muscles.
Total Body Strengthening (60 min)
Improve the strength of your total body with resistance training utilizing anything from dumbbells to resistance bands.
Upper Body Conditioning (45 min)
(Formerly known as Above the Belt) Enhance your training above the belt in a resistance training class emphasizing core, chest, arms, and shoulder strength.
Lower Body Conditioning (45 min)
(Formerly known as Below the Belt) Enhance your training below the belt in a resistance training class emphasizing core, legs and glute strength.
Add some mobility to your workouts with a variety of Yoga formats. Increase your balance, flexibility, and strength while building a mind body connection.
Gentle Yoga (60 min)
Relax and unwind with this slow-paced yoga class. Let the days stresses melt away as you transition through different asanas. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, they can be provided but are in limited supply.
Outdoor Yoga (60 min)
Enjoy your practice while experiencing the great outdoors. Classes will be held in the Fit Yard on the first floor of the ARC. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, they can be provided but are in limited supply. Space is limited.
Power Yoga (60 min)
Move fluidly from one movement to the next with powerful, energetic movements. Power Yoga offers a more dynamic form of yoga. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, they can be provided but are in limited supply.
Sunrise Yoga (60 min)
Start your morning off on the right foot with Sunrise Yoga! Wake up while flowing through each pose before heading to the rest of your day. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, they can be provided but are in limited supply.
