Hey there, this is Cecilia! I am a fourth-year international student at UC Davis. Growing up in a family where a healthy diet and mindful food choices were highly praised, I became very interested in clinical nutrition where I could apply my knowledge to have an impact on others’ life. Throughout my learning experiences at UC Davis, I have noticed that there is a lot of misinformation regarding nutrition and healthy choices, so I decided to pursue a career in nutrition education to help reduce the misconceptions among public and also teach children forming a healthy diet at a young age.
