Nutrition Philosophy

Although nutrition plays a very important role in one’s life, it should not feel like a difficult task. Rather than focusing on a big end goal such as losing weight, one should focus on smaller goals such as exercising more on a weekly basis. It makes achieving these goals more realistic and helps to motivate one to achieve the next goal. Nutrition is not about short term gains, but rather long term outcomes and I believe making small changes helps you stay on the right path.
