Nutrition Philosophy

I believe the understanding of nutrition knowledge can help people develop a balanced lifestyle according to their needs. While establishing their unique healthy habit, the needs of the body are more essential than the nature of the food. Therefore, my goal is to guide people to find their pathway by considering their own preferences and background.

Hi, my name is Maggie. I was born in Chengdu, China and moved to Los Angeles when I was thirteen years old. I grew up in a family where we regarded healthy lifestyle as an important part of our life. However, both my family and I were overwhelmed by all the “specialist “and "healthy habit" from various sources thus leading to confusion and frequent changes to our lifestyle. Therefore, I decided to study nutrition in college find the truth for healthy habits. Now, with all the knowledge that I learned, I have informed my family and people around me more proper nutritional concepts and provided them more rational approach to food and diet.

The most important thing that I found during those experiences is that there is no need to blindly follow those trendy diets; everyone can establish a healthy pattern that can both meet one’s goal and be easy to keep for a long term.
