We're taking your favorite Living Well classes online in our new movement series, Aggies at Home. We'll be posting workouts and nutrition advice on our Instagram channel and streaming live classes on our Facebook page. From yoga and mediation classes to workout and nutrition tips, our goal is to provide you with simple wellness tools to keep you healthy at home. Let's keep moving, Aggies! 

Facebook Live Class Schedule:

Mondays

  • 12 p.m.: Meditative Movement
  • 2 p.m.: Peachy Posture
  • 4 p.m.:  Vinyasa/Core Yoga

Tuesdays

  • 10 a.m.: Vinyasa Yoga
  • 12 p.m.: 30 min Core Conditioning
  • 4 p.m.: Gentle Yoga

Wednesdays

  • 9 a.m.: HIIT Strength
  • 12 p.m.: Vinyasa Flow
  • 4 p.m.: All Levels Yoga

Thursdays

  • 10 a.m.: Vinyasa Yoga
  • 2 p.m.: Mat Pilates
  • 4 p.m.: Cardio/Strength Fusion

Fridays

  • 12 p.m.: Mobility
