NEW Cycle Classes on the Group Exercise Schedule

Starting on Monday, November 1st, FOUR additional cycle classes will be added to the Living Well Group Exercise Schedule! Anyone with a Group Exercise Pass membership can sign up for or drop-in to these classes. 

The new classes include:

Tuesday's: 5:15 - 6 p.m.

Wednesday's: 8:15am - 9 a.m. & 7:15 - 8 p.m.

Thursday's: 12:15 - 12:45 p.m.

All classes will be held in Studio A.
