As the Zentangle community says: Anything is possible, one stroke at a time! Join instructor Lee Miller in this fun class for beginning artists and those new to Zentangle. Zentangle is a form of artistic meditation through a very specific method of deliberate intention that produces non-objective drawings composed of patterns (tangles) that can be viewed from all four sides. First, you will learn the philosophy behind, and method of, creating Zentangle art. Put pen to paper and learn to tangle beautiful patterns on square paper tiles with fine tip pens, pencils and blending tortillions to shade your work. This fun class is beginner-friendly and you can use materials that you have around the house or bought from the store for cheap. Zentangle is about the process, not the outcome. The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Prior experience not required. (No Studio Pass)

In this Zoom workshop, parents and children will create Zen Kin Cousins which are whimsical characters drawn with tangles of hair.
