Wellness Philosophy
My wellness philosophy emphasizes balance: balance between personal goals, whether it be
inside or outside of the gym. Physical wellness can be obtained through exercise, but it should not end there! Taking care of yourself is a multistep process where wellness can be maintained physically, mentally, socially, or academically. Working out is a great way to support these other avenues to wellness. As students, we are easily caught up in our daily responsibilities but I hope to leave you with a fun, empowering experience every time we work together!


Background
Hi, my name is Hans and I am a third year Civil Engineering student minoring in Construction
Management. I enjoyed trying out many sports when I was younger. I played basketball, volleyball, wrestling, threw shot put and disc, and now weight lift regularly. My exercise journey began when I would spend every lunch break of my elementary years playing basketball. Anything workout or diet-related is interesting to me, so I love learning new scientific findings about exercise! What drew me into personal training is the diverse backgrounds clients come from, each with their own unique goal. No two people are the same so every client is a new experience!
