As a personal trainer, I am grateful to be in a profession where I can help others achieve their definition of wellness. From weightlifting and strength training to a variety of other activities, I have found joy and improved both my mental and physical wellness. My ultimate goal is to make exercise fun and help my clients find the same joy in their journey toward optimal health. I aim to create a personalized plan that caters to your unique needs and goals, so you can achieve your best self!

Background

Hello, I'm Katie, a neurobiology, physiology, and behavior major (class of 2024). My passion for fitness began during my childhood when I participated in tennis, swimming, and gymnastics. As I grew older, I became more focused on competitive tennis, but after high school, I discovered weightlifting and strength training. I was immediately drawn to the way it made me feel, both physically and mentally, and see exercise as a way of investing in my own health and wellness. My interest in exercise deepened while working with various physical therapy clinics, where I witnessed firsthand the different approaches people took to achieve their wellness goals, regardless of their experience level. From beginners to seasoned athletes, I am excited to be a part of your fitness journey. As a personal trainer, I am passionate about helping others achieve their personalized fitness goals and help others reach their fullest potential!
