Fitness Philosophy

I believe a balanced life is a healthy life. Exercise is much more than how you look - incorporating exercise into daily life is rewarding mentally and physically. I strive to help my clients create healthy habits and feel the benefits of exercise. 

 

Background

I am a 2nd year Managerial Economics major at UC Davis originally from Yuba City, CA. I played competitive volleyball for five years until I had a back injury. After my recovery, I played competitive golf for two years and I continue to play recreationally. I began to fall in love with fitness as my level of play in both sports increased. I also saw my body transform after my recovery and realized how much exercise can truly do for me. Feeling strong has made me passionate about fitness and has led me to wanting to train others.
